Prior to the fight, Jones tore his pec off the bone; as a result, he will need surgery and be out of the octagon for eight months.
Thus, Prochazka will now compete against Pereira for the vacant light heavyweight title in the main event, with Tom Aspinall of Britain now scheduled to appear.
Aspinall faces Sergei Pavlovich in the co-main event with the opportunity to capture the interim heavyweight title.
