Max Verstappen will want another win from pole position in this utterly dominant 2023 Formula 1 season in the Austin GP Qualifying. However, things may not be as easy as they seem. McLaren have been in very good form and Mercedes looked good here last year as well. Everyone will look to maximize the Austin GP Qualifying because that’s the only place Max Verstappen can falter.
Teams to Look Out For
Red Bull are always the team to beat in the 2023 Formula 1 season. This weekend, however, Mercedes might turn up. Even with the problematic W13 last season, they did decently in the Austin GP Qualifying and the race. With a much better W14, Mercedes will look to go a step further.

Things to Look Out For
You must’ve noticed that the Austin GP Qualifying is on a Friday. This means it’s a sprint weekend. The Austin GP Qualifying is tricky as it is because of the multitude of lines a driver can take. With just one practice session beneath their belt, this jeopardy will increase further.
Red Bull have been vulnerable in most qualifying sessions. But Max Verstappen has been in supreme form in the races. Therefore, the Austin GP Qualifying might be the only place for a team or a driver to spring a surprise on the current world champion.
