Free Fire Max Help Center – Submit your request to Free Fire Customer Service

Free Fire MAX Help Center offers the customer support to the players who are facing problems with their accounts.

A large number of the Players facing problems with their Free Fire MAX account or anything related to Diamonds or in-game content. For the users, Garena has a Free Fire MAX Help center where players can submit their request for account unban, or anything to Free Fire customer service. To submit a request to Free Fire Customer Service, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Free Fire Max Help Center: https://ffsupport.garena.com/hc/en-us
  2. Click on the Submit a new request button.
  3. Select the Category of your request.
  4. Enter a Subject for your request.
  5. Describe your issue in detail in the Description box.
  6. If you have any screenshots or attachments, you can upload them by clicking on the Attach Files button.
  7. Once you have completed all the fields, click on the Submit button.

Note: Free Fire Customer Service is only available in English.

Here are some additional tips for submitting a successful request:

  • Be as specific as possible when describing your issue. The more information you can provide, the better the Customer Service team will be able to help you.
  • If you are having a technical issue, please include your device model, operating system version, and Free Fire Max version.
  • If you are reporting a player, please include the player’s ID and any screenshots or video evidence of the violation.

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation email. A Customer Service representative will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
