Watch Arijit Singh celebrate Babar Azam’s wicket in IND vs PAK World Cup match

Arijit Singh was seen celebrating the wicket of the Pakistani skipper Babar Azam during IND vs PAK match in Ahmedabad.

Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj got the big wicket of Pakistani skipper Babar Azam during the IND vs PAK World Cup match in Ahmedabad. To note, Babar Azam was looking good for a big knock. However, Siraj had some other plans as he bamboozled Babar with a peach. Earlier, Siraj had also picked the wicket of opener Abdullah Shafique to give India their first breakthrough. After the fall of Babar’s wicket, famous Indian singer Arijit Singh was also seen celebrating the wicket of the Pakistani captain from the stands.

Arijit Singh also performed before IND vs PAK clash

Before the IND vs PAK match in Ahmedabad, Arijit Singh also performed at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium. Apart from Arijit, the likes of Asha Bhosle, Shankar Mahadevan, Shreya Ghoshal, Sukhwinder Singh, Ranveer Singh, and Tamanah Bhatia also performed during the event.

Earlier in the match, team India won the toss and invited Babar Azam and Co to have a bat first. Pakistani openers gave a decent start the visitors. However, Siraj got the wicket of Shafique. Then Imam was dismissed by all-rounder Hardik Pandya. A good partnership was then stitched by Babar and Rizwan before Siraj once again got into the wickets column.
