Star Indian Cricketer donates whooping 11 lakhs for temple construction

Rinku Singh yet again proves that he has a heart of gold by donating a huge chunk of amount for temple construction.

Another day, and yet another time, Rinku Singh has managed to win hearts off the field. After donating a huge chunk of money to build a hostel in his hometown in Utter Pradesh, the southpaw has now apparently donated 11 lakhs rupees in fees for temple construction. While the full details are yet to be out, the initial word is the KKR superstar has paid 11 lakhs for the upcoming temple.

Rinku, who is known for his large-heartedness, yet again demonstrated those qualities by helping the people who are in need. According to Amar Ujala reports, the southpaw also plans to build a few places besides the temple. To note, Rinku just returned from China playing the Asian Games. The 25-year-old played a winning in the quarter-final while smashing 37 against Nepal.

Now, the southpaw will get a break for a few days before the domestic season kicks on. Rinku plays for UP and in IPL for KKR. It was due to stellar form in the T20 league, the 25-year-old made his international debut.

This is not the first time that Rinku has shown large-heartedness.

After the IPL 2023 season was over, Rinku built a hostel for underprivileged kids in his hometown Aligarah.

In Aligarh, the batter is constructing a facility that will house more than 50 kids and provide them with the necessary facilities, with the entire project expected to cost around Rs 50 lakh.
