WC warm-up matches: Schedule, Teams, Venues, All you need to know

World Cup warm up matches will begin from September 29, with all 10 participating teams playing two warm up matches across three venues

With less than 10 days left for the ICC World Cup, the focus now shifts to warm-up matches, which begins from tomorrow. All the 10 participating teams will play two warm-up matches. All the warm-up matches of each team will be played in three venues, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, and Guwahati, scheduled from September 29 to October 3.

The warm-up matches will allow all the 10 teams to fine-tune team combinations, & strategies. Before the warm-up games, barring Netherlands, all the other nine teams played bilateral series. However, not every team played to their full-strength side. In the warm-up, all teams can play their strongest possible playing XI.
