Sebastian Vettel has made a return to the Formula 1 with his initiative to build bee hotels at Suzuka.

Sebastian Vettel is one of the most beloved drivers in Formula 1. This week, he has made a return to the Formula 1 paddock at Suzuka. He has brought him Buzzin’ Corner Project to the Japanese GP. There are some beautiful images of the entire grid getting behind one of their own. This includes Lewis Hamilton, who is a close friend of the former Ferrari driver.

Buzzin’ Corner

Sebastian Vettel is on a mission to raise awareness about biodiversity. We are in the middle of a mass extinction of species, and he wants to do something about it. For Sebastian, bees are a perfect ambassador for this mission.

Therefore, he has built several bee hotels at Turn 2 of the Japanese GP. To promote this, Formula 1 have painted the kerbs yellow and black. Additionally, he got all the drivers to paint the hotels themselves.

She will help us stress this very important message”, said Sebastian Vettel.

“It’s very exciting and a lot of work and passion went into the project… Hopefully this is just the beginning of an initiative and projects around the world… standing up for biodiversity.”
