As the excitement of the World Cup builds its momentum in India, an electrifying opportunity awaits Mastercard holders. They will be granted an exclusive and privilege: the opportunity to secure tickets for the highly anticipated India matches in the upcoming 2023 World Cup, a day prior to the general public. In a strategic move to heighten the anticipation, the general public will have to wait just one more day, as ticket sales for them will kick off on August 30.
For the unreserved, it’s important to note that Mastercard users have been allotted a unique advantage – a designated 24-hour timeframe, beginning on August 29, during which they can secure their World Cup 2023 tickets for India’s matches. This exceptional opportunity grants Mastercard holders the exclusive privilege of obtaining tickets ahead of the general public.
The BCCI has implemented a systematic approach to ticket sales, catering to all users. This meticulously planned strategy involves the distribution of World Cup 2023 tickets across seven distinct phases. The initial phase, which is currently underway, marked the commencement of ticket sales. This phase encompasses tickets for non-India warm-up matches and all non-India event matches.
