Fans get Glimpse of Virat Kohli as Star batter visits Educational Institute in Bangalore

Virat Kohli is currently with team India training in the NCA in Bangalore. Next, they will head to Sri Lanka for playing in the Asia Cup 2023.

Stalwart Virat Kohli is currently with the Indian squad training for the upcoming Asia Cup in NCA, Bangalore. During his free time, Kohli was spotted at a local educational institute named Atria Institute of Technology. The former RCB skipper received a big cheer from the waiting crowd and students outside the Institute. There were also chants of “RCB, RCB” in between the “Kohli, Kohli” chants.

The star batter was seen entering the vicinity amid heavy security even as fans cheered for the Indian cricket star who is also closely associated with Bengaluru thanks to his involvement with the Red Army in the Indian Premier League. After clicking a few pictures with the fans and giving his glimpse, Kohli then left the institute before joining his teammates.

On Thursday, Kohli also uploaded a picture on his Instagram story and also revealed his fitness test score during his training in NCA. “The happiness of finishing the Yo Yo test between the dreaded cones. 17.2 done,” Kohli wrote on his social media account.

The right-handed batter was last seen in action during the West Indies tour last month. He featured in the two-match Test series and the first ODI. While Virat didn’t get a chance to bat in the only ODI he played, he registered scores of 76 and 121 in the two Test innings.

Kohli along with other team members will do a 6-day camp in NCA before heading to Sri Lanka for the upcoming Asia Cup. To note, the Men in Blue are slated to take on arch-rivals Pakistan in their opening match of the marquee event. The encounter will take place on September 2 at the Pallekele National Stadium. Rohit Sharma and Co will be hoping to defeat Pakistan in the opening match and have a perfect start to the tournament.
