The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the official warm-up fixtures of this year’s ODI World Cup 2023 which will be held in India later this year. Each of these ten teams will play two warm-up games in lead-up to the start of the World Cup 2023 which will begin on October 5.
The warm up games will be held in three Indian cities -Guwahati, Hyderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram. Babar Azam-led Pakistan will play both their warm-up games in Hyderabad.
The Men in Green will play their first warm-up game against New Zealand on September 29. They will play their final warm-up game on the same day as Team India on October 3.
While the Men in Blue will face Netherlands in Thiruvananthapuram, Pakistan will go up against Australia in Hyderabad.

Players are driven by hunger for success: Azam
Pakistan skipper Babar Azam said the team’s players are driven by a strong “hunger” for success as they eye Asia Cup and World Cup titles.
“Every player has a hunger to perform in this team. Every player wants to give match-winning performances,” Azam had said before 1st ODI against Bangladesh.
Pakistan’s biggest assignment of the World Cup 2023 will be against arch-rival India which will played on October 14.
