As per the schedule, each team will play the other twice in a double round-robin format. The four top teams in the standings after 30 league matches will qualify for the playoffs. The third and fourth-placed teams will clash in the Eliminator, while the top two teams will battle in Qualifier 1 to book their place in the final.

The winner of the Eliminator will later face the loser of Qualifier 1. The winner of that game will then qualify for the finals. The Caribbean Premier League final will be played on Monday, September 25.

In CPL 2022, champions Jamaica Tallawahs defeated Barbados Royals by eight wickets in the 2022 final to clinch their title. Trinbago Knight Riders are the most successful team in the tournament with four titles so far.
