A staggering £415,000 per week has been offered to Harry Kane to sign with Bayern Munich. The England captain has been sought after by the Bundesliga winners all summer, and Tottenham has finally accepted a £94.5 million offer from them. The team led by Thomas Tuchel is eager to give Kane their maximum salary in order to bring him into their front line.
Bayern has offered him a salary of £21.6 million per year, or an astounding £415 thousand a week. With this, Kane would be paid a similar salary as Sadio Mane before the former Liverpool star moved to Saudi Arabia. His 2018 contract with Spurs is thought to be worth around £200k a week, but the Lilywhites are willing to pay considerably more, if he were to sign a new contract.
Kane to Bayern all but done
Before this weekend’s Super Cup match against RB Leipzig, Bayern’s leadership would love to introduce Kane. Should the 30-year-old accept their offer, they might have to wait until a news conference next week to present him. Bayern has already made Tottenham three offers for the club’s all-time leading scorer, but Spurs only accepted the fourth bid.
Kane was rumored to be leaning toward staying at Spurs for this season this week. But he must now make a crucial choice. Three of Tottenham’s four preseason friendlies under Ange Postecoglou have included the striker. He is thought to have been content living with the Australian in charge. Last Sunday in North London, Kane scored four goals as Spurs defeated Shakhtar Donetsk 5-1.
Spurs fans devastated at Kane leaving
After their own club website appeared to confirm Harry Kane will join Bayern Munich, Tottenham fans were devastated. After a breakthrough in negotiations late on Thursday night, it appears the England captain is now only waiting for the go-ahead from Tottenham to finish a £104 million move on Friday.
According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, “personal terms” have been agreed upon for Kane to join the German powerhouses on a four-year contract. On the club website, Kane was the face of their banner, but now, the banner has been changed and it only shows Son Hueng-Min.

Spurs’ supporters went from fearful to devastated as Thursday night’s developments unfolded. One fan posted, ‘Absolutely gutted, this hurts. He gave us so many great moments but we never backed his ambition if we’re being truthful. Our greatest ever player.’ Another said, ‘This actually hurts bro.’ Another fan said, ‘Son on his own hit me hard.’
