On the other hand, the home team are starting all over again after failing to qualify for the ODI World Cup for the first time in their cricketing history. Batter Shimron Hetmyer has been recalled after a gap of two years. The likes of Nicholas Pooran and Jason Holder are not part of the series due to personal reasons. They were not available for selection. It must be noted that West Indies have won only one of their last five matches and a daunting task lies ahead of them against a formidable looking Indian side.
