IND vs WI LIVE Score, Day 4: The match has resumed after a lengthy deay due to rain. India have a lead of 301 runs in the second innings and will be eyeing to score quick runs before declaring. Earlier, skipper Rohit Sharma scored a quickfire fifty. At present, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill are at the crease for the visitors.

West Indies have folded for 255 with Mohammed Siraj taking a fifer. Windies lasted just 20 minutes on Day 4 before Siraj and Mukesh Kumar ended things. With that, India have taken a 183-run lead. After ending Day 3 of the IND vs WI 2nd Test with 209 runs behind, Alick Athanaze (37 runs) and Jason Holder (11 runs) will look to lessen the gap between India’s mammoth score of 438 when they take the field on Day 4. Rohit Sharma and Co., on the other hand, will aim to run through the West Indies line-up and get a chance to bat again with time running out and the pitch still assisting batters more than bowlers.

The West Indies top order all got starts, with the top 5 making at least 20 or more. However, they failed to capitalise on those starts due to some great bowling, and fielding by the Indian team. Skipper Kraigg Brathwaite led the way with a fine 75 but a spitting cobra by Ravichandran Ashwin sent him on his way. Debutant Kirk McKenzie (32 runs) threw away his start, slashing a ball outside off to give his first career wicket to Mukesh Kumar.

Vice-captain Jermaine Blackwood played uncharacteristically slow and was sent back by a stunning one-hander by Indian vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane in slips. Meanwhile, Joshua Da Silva and his struggles with the in-ducker continued as Mohammed Siraj castled the wicketkeeper.
