The hosts have opted to field first in IND vs WI 2nd Test and made two changes in their playing XI. Pacer Shannon Gabriel returns and replaces Rahkeem Cornwall. Meanwhile, Kirk McKenzie makes his debut, replacing Raymon Reifer.
The second Test match of the India vs West Indies Test Series 2023 is set to take place at Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain on 20 July.

The side’s only positive was the performance f debutant Alick Athanze, who was the top scorer for the hosts in both the innings.
Cornwall OUT, Gabriel IN
Rahkeem Cornwall was off the field on Day 2 due to a chest infection. While he did participate next day, he wasn’t allowed to bowl due to ICC rules. However, even if fit, Cornwall is likely to sit out to make way for pacer Shannon Gabriel as the side is reportedly going for short-ball tactics against the Indian batters.
Maiden Test call-up for Kevin Sinclair
The West Indies have made one change to their squad for the second Test starting Thursday in Trinidad. Raymon Reifer has been dropped for the second Test. The West Indies have handed a maiden Test-call up to bowling all-rounder Kevin Sinclair.
