To commemorate Thala’s 42nd birthday, his fans in Birgunj, Nepal, committed themselves to show acts of humanitarian welfare as a tribute to the wicketkeeper batter. His fans distributed food to the poor and needy, organised a blood donation event, and distributed stationery products and brand-new bags to 200 students in a government school.
While his fans in Nepal showed their love by spreading love, Dhoni’s fans in Hyderabad installed a massive 52-foot cut-out figure of their favourite cricketer to show their respect to the CSK skipper.

The intricately designed cut-out took social media by storm and quickly became the center of attention, capturing the hearts of Dhoni’s devoted fanbase worldwide. This viral image showcases the extraordinary dedication and adoration that his fans have for the Indian legend.
The former captain was wished well on his birthday by several cricketers, including some of his Chennai Super Kings (CSK) former and current teammates, including Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja, and Ravichandran Ashwin.
This year has been great for the CSK Skipper, and while this season was initially believed to be Dhoni’s final hurrah, the wicketkeeper refuted the idea of his retirement. Following CSK’s triumph in IPL 2023, the 42-year-old vehemently surprised fans by expressing his desire to continue playing in the IPL. However, he stated that his participation in the IPL and for CSK depends solely on his fitness and the demands of the game.
