Sean Brady pulls out from UFC 290 due to injury

The MMA community was taken by surprise when on Twitter @Bendaman2001 broke the news of Sean Brady’s withdrawal from his upcoming UFC 290 fight against Jack Della Maddalena. Brady, a welterweight fighter who was generating a lot of buzz leading up to the fight, was forced to pull out due to an undisclosed injury that ultimately resulted in him being hospitalized.

As MMA fans eagerly await more details on his condition, the search is on for a replacement fighter to take his place. Joaquin Buckley had offered to fight Maddalena at UFC 293 in Sydney, but it seems that he won’t be stepping in as Brady’s replacement.

Maddalena has been on a hot streak of four consecutive first-round finishes inside the UFC, with his most recent victory coming at UFC 284 where he defeated Randy Brown in less than three minutes. Meanwhile, Brady suffered a TKO loss to Belal Muhammad at UFC 280 and had to withdraw from his scheduled fight against Michel Pereira in March due to an injury. Despite these setbacks, Brady remains a highly anticipated fighter who has been generating a lot of buzz among MMA fans.

The UFC 290 fight between these two fighters was set to be an exciting matchup, but with Brady’s withdrawal due to injury, the search is on for a fighter. Fans are  waiting to see who will fill Brady’s shoes and keep the excitement of UFC 290 alive.
