In its second edition, the Fui Clear Award honored on Monday night (June 26) the Brazilian players who stood out in 2022 playing in the country and another select group that played in the last season of European football – 2022/2023. The event was held at the Hotel Copacabana Palace, in Rio, and was attended by Neymar Jr, Thiago Silva, Cafu, and Fred, among other important names in football.
Presented by Tiago Leifert and Eduardo Semblano, creator of Fui Clear, the award first included a team of great players from clubs in Europe: Ederson, Danilo, Eder Militao, Marquinhos, Caio Henrique, Casemiro, Bruno Guimaraes, Rodrygo, Gabriel Martinelli, Vinicius Jr, and Neymar Jr.
“It’s an honor to be here, I had a very good start to the season, on a high, then I suffered an injury, I stopped and I’m working to come back well”, said Neymar, who also received the award for bagging the most goals and assists for the Brazilian team.
They were chosen from a vote made by a jury composed of football personalities, such as Zico, Kaka, Tite, Dorival Jr, Roberto Carlos, Seedorf, among others.
Then, among the “nationals”, there was the formation of another selection, with Weverton, Rodinei, Nino, Murilo, Ayrton Lucas, Andre, Joao Gomes, Gustavo Scarpa, Raphael Veiga, Dudu, and Pedro.

The election also extended to Brazilian futsal stars, with several honorees: Dieguinho, Allan Barreto, Tatinho, Mateus Maia, Wilian Dorn, and Deividy Hadson, in addition to former player and ace Falcao.
Elected as the best manager in Brazilian football in 2022, the president of Fortaleza, Marcelo Paz, was another recipient of the event.
“I never imagined receiving an award alongside Cafu, Neymar, Thiago Silva, and Fred, among other giants of Brazilian football. Being chosen the best sports manager in Brazil in 2022 is an honor that I will take with me for the rest of my life.”
Other awards on the Copacabana Palace night:
Vinicius Jr, with the Pele award, for goals scored abroad, and for assists in 2022/2023 in Europe;
Pedro, with the Roberto Dinamite award, for goals scored in Brazil;
Gustavo Scarpa, for the number of assists last season, for Palmeiras;
Ederson, for the best defense of the season in Europe, in a match between Manchester City and Inter Milan;
Ronaldo, from Atletico-GO, for the best defense, against Goias;
Rony, for the most beautiful goal in Brazil, in a match between Palmeiras and Fluminense;
Richarlison, for the most beautiful goal abroad (for the national team, against Serbia, in the Qatar Cup).
