ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Schedule for Bangladesh

Bangladesh is set to take on Afghanistan in their opening match of the 2023 World Cup. The match is slated to be played on October 7.

Bangladesh WC 2023 Schedule: Bangladesh is set to take on Afghanistan in their opening encounter of the 2023 WC. The match is set to take place in Dharamshala on October 7. To note, the Bangla Tigers will also play their second match at the same venue against the defending champs England.

Playing a total of nine group stage matches, most of Bangladesh’s matches are expected to start at 2:00 PM IST, with some of them starting as early as 10:30 AM IST as well. The Asian side will play two of its matches in Dharamsala, one in Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi, with Kolkata hosting three of their fixtures.

The three games in the iconic Eden Gardens, Kolkata are expected to play a crucial role in Bangladesh’s chances of qualifying for the next round. To note, Bangladeshi fans are expected to fill the stadium and root for their team. Bangladesh will take on Pakistan, Australia, and one of the qualifying team at the Eden Gardens.
