Who is Rachana Krishna?

Although not much is known about Rachana Krishna, who has a private Instagram account, sources claim that Rachana works as a product manager for Dell Technologies and lives in Austin, Texas. She joined Cisco’s Technology Strategy and Operations Team after earning her degree in computer science and engineering, summa cum laude. In order to slake her appetite for entrepreneurship, she also founded an EdTech business whose goal is to bridge the gap between students and corporations.

Regarding Prasidh’s participation in the IPL in 2023, a stress fracture prevented him from playing the entire season. Prior to the mini-auction, the Royals retained him for Rs 10 crore owing to his outstanding balling during the IPL 2022 season. In 17 matches, he took 19 wickets with a strike rate of 8.29 and helped RR get to the final game.

He was replaced by Sandeep Sharma in the IPL 2023 season. However, he concluded the season with only 10 wickets in 12 games and an economy rate of 8.60, unable to fill Krishna’s void. Krishna last played in a match for India during their ODI tour of Zimbabwe in August 2022.

The Karnataka-based pacer is still recovering from surgery, and he will be working to get back in shape before the 2023 World Cup. While representing India, the right-arm pacer has taken 25 wickets in 14 One-Day Internationals, including two five-wicket hauls against England and the West Indies.
