Sheikh Jassim makes fifth and FINAL bid to buy Manchester United

Sheikh Jassim has made fifth bid for Manchester united. Sir Jim Ratcliffe still remains favourite to buy the Premier League club.

Man United Takeover: Manchester United’s takeover saga continues. As per new reports, Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani has submitted a new offer to the Glazer family. It can turn out to be a game-changing bid in Man United ownership. It was the fifth bid and the Qatar-based banker told them that he will engage up until Friday.

The bid has the same stance which was cleared by Al Thani as he is keen to buy 100% of Manchester United ownership.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe remains the favourite in the takeover process for Manchester United. But, the most recent move from Al Thani can turn things around. Glazers want some percentage of the ownership and they don’t want to give full control to new owner. Ratcliffe fulfils this idea but it’s not done yet.

The Qatari bidder has made it clear that he wants to buy the club without any part of Glazers. He wants 100% of the Red Devils. Man United takeover process is also taking time and his bid will boost the process.

Man United boss Erik ten Hag is focused on the summer transfer window. He has ticked few players to be off-loaded and few players will be signed. The ownership saga may affect Ten Hag’s plans for the summer. The Qatari bidder wants to sort it out as soon as possible.

The current Man United owner wants £6 billion for the club but the improved offer from Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani does not meet that number.
