An ex-participant of TUF says that the fighters are not allowed to keep phones, have any access to any sort of entertainment or even read books, in the past TUF season there wasn’t much drama involved and things were more or less only about fighting and marking their victories. She along with one of the current participant of the Conors team have said that participating in the 31st season of TUF “ Has been one of the best as well as the worst experience of my life”.

The participants have said that it is great and all fun when they are training inside the gym, but once the daily session is done and over with, there is nothing to do inside the TUF house and the participants are just sitting for hours. The feeling of boredom isn’t really something that can be appreciated.
Joe Rogan asked the ex-participant what they did to kill time, or if the players were allowed to play games, as the TUF house for the participants has a pool table. She replies by saying that the report is certain, she thinks the house has a pool table and a chess table to keep them entertained in fact the fighters can order anything they want, at the most the fighters are also allowed to drink alcohol.
