Bukayo Saka NEW Contract: Bukayo Saka Arsenal: Amidst the fallout from the Premier League title race, Arsenal fans finally have some good news. The Gunners’ young sensation, Bukayo Saka has now extended his contract, committing his future for the next 4-years at the club. The Premier League club announced the extension via a video on their social handles, where they quoted, “From Hale End to first team. Arsenal through and through. It’s time for the next chapter. Bukayo Saka: Gunner ❤️” Follow Premier League LIVE Updates on InsideSport.IN.

Saka’s last contract with Arsenal would have kept him till 2024, which he signed in 2019. The new contract will be valid for the next 4 years, keeping him at Emirates till 2027. On his contract renewal, the 21-year-old said, “I’m just really happy. I think this is the right club, the right place to make the next step. It’s a beautiful club. I think I have everything I need to become the best player I can be.”

It has only been 4 years since Saka made his debut for Arsenal, and already, he has seen many ups and downs. The youngster won the FA Cup and Community Shield in 2019 and was named the England Men’s Player of the Year: 2021–22. However, he was a victim of racial abuse after he missed the penalty in the Euro 2020 Finals against Italy. He has come a long distance since then and is all set to win games for both his club and country.

Saka made his debut in 2018, after spending more than 10 years at Arsenal’s Hale End Academy. He soon caught the eyes of many with his dribbling skills and curly shots, which has taken his goal tally to 37 in 178 matches in his club career.

The 2022-23 season was Saka’s best in terms of netting goals with 13 goals and 11 assists in the Premier League alone. Saka’s performance helped Arsenal to remain in the top position for most of the season. However, Manchester City were fast enough to catch Arsenal when they dropped points.

The youngster has appeared in all Premier League games for Arsenal since last season, which clearly states that he has already established himself as one of the key figures at the club. Arsenal might have missed out on the Premier League title this season, but they are surely destined for silverwares, with talent like Saka in their squad.
