PL Next Gen Cup 2023 Schedule: PL Next Gen Cup Fixtures: The third season of the PL Next Gen Cup will start on May 17. PL Next Gen Cup: PL Next Gen Cup returns to India, ATK Mohun Bagan, Bengaluru FC to face Premier League royalty, South African clubs – Check Out

The draw for the PL Next Gen Cup has been announced with the eight competitors placed in two groups. Group A comprises ISL clubs Bengaluru FC and ATK Mohun Bagan, Premier League club West Ham United and South African club Stellenbosch FC.

Meanwhile, Group B comprises Premier League clubs Everton and Wolverhampton Wanderers, RF Young Champs which is the Reliance Foundation’s academy and Sudeva Delhi FC.

The matches will be held in Mumbai on May 17, 20, 23, and 26, with the final game on May 26. The tournament is meant to provide young Indian talent from all competing teams with competitive global exposure.

For the eight-team tournament, clubs will be divided into two groups of four sides each. They will play in a round-robin format in a competition aimed at putting emerging young talents against one another.

After two difficult RFDL rounds—the Regional Qualifiers and the National Group Stage—the top four clubs were Udeva Delhi FC, ATK Mohun Bagan FC, Reliance Foundation Young Champs, and Bengaluru FC. It was India’s largest and most comprehensive top youth football event, with clubs from the Hero Indian Super League, the I-League divisions I&II, and Independent Academies chosen by State Football Associations participating. Over 300 matches were contested in nine areas of the country.
