The 25-year-old faced an injury ahead of a 2-0 win over Wolves at Old Trafford. Man United’s manager called his injury minor and he was doubtful before the game. Later, he failed to make the final squad.

With three more games remaining in Premier League, Rashford is unlikely to come as per the updates. Man United are pushing for the top-four finish and Ten Hag said he does not know whether the England international will be seen again this season.
Ten Hag told BBC Sport, “I can’t tell in this moment. He is not available. So for this moment, we have to focus on the team who is available. I can’t tell in this moment [how long he will be out for] and as I say, it’s not my focus point in this moment.
He also added, “I hope [he will be back soon]. Of course. And he will do everything that can be done. The medical staff is working hard on it.”
The Red Devils are sitting at fourth in the table and they have three more games left in the top flight. They will face Bournemouth next on Saturday. After then, they will host Chelsea at Old Trafford and end their campaign against Fulham on May 28.
Man United are only behind Newcastle on goal difference and takes the 4th spot. They have maintained a good lead over Liverpool so they will likely earn Champions League qualification for next season. Erik Ten Hag is showing his faith in Alejandro Garnacho in place of Rashford. The 18-year-old came off the bench to score against Wolves in the previous game.
