WWE News: The Rock: Dwayne Johnson or The Rock’s last match in WWE was at WrestleMania 32 against Wyatt’s family member, Erick Rowan. Also, his last appearance in WWE was at SmackDown’s 20th Anniversary in October 2019. Thus, The Rock has been away from the ring for quite a long time. However, he seems to be quite aware of the happenings within the company. Soon Endeavor will merge WWE and UFC to form a new publicly traded company. The Rock has been a part of both WWE and UFC and now he has commented on the merging of the two giant promotions.

Johnson recently joined ‘Squawk on the Street‘ to discuss the potential growth between WWE and UFC and also predicted “smooth sailing” of the UFC-WWE merger.

The Rock said, “I see smooth sailing. They (Vince McMahon and Ari Emanuel) have known each other for a long time. We all have, as a matter of fact, and I see smooth sailing with this. This has been a long time coming. Think about where Vince started. I often talk about my seven bucks moment, how I had seven bucks in my pocket when I was cut from the Canadian Football League. Vince also had his seven bucks moment when he leveraged every dollar he had for the very first WrestleMania. Years later, he created this merger with Ari in the billions of dollars. I see; when I say smooth sailing, these guys are adamant about creating an incredible conglomerate that is going to entertain the masses. I’m excited about this merger between WWE, UFC, Bullriding, and probably other things that are coming down the pipe.”

Thus, Dwayne The Rock Johnson seems very positive regarding the deal and looks confident that things will go down as planned.
