In addition, he will have three years of probation following his home arrest.
In February, Davis entered a guilty plea to four charges: leaving the scene of an accident involving bodily harm, failing to report property damage to the owner, operating a vehicle with a suspended licence and running a red light.
The allegations are related to an incident that happened early on November 5, 2020.
Why is Tank Davis Arrested?
Following a collision in 2020 involving a car carrying four people, including a pregnant woman, and a Lamborghini Urus, Davis admitted to fleeing police.
Around 2:00 that morning, Davis allegedly exited the Medusa Restaurant & Lounge in downtown Baltimore and got into a Lamborghini.
He ran a red light at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and the city road, striking the passenger side of a 2004 Toyota Solara. Davis escaped before the Toyota’s four occupants were treated for cuts, bruises, and sprains at the hospital.
By examining footage from CitiWatch, red light, and private security cameras in the vicinity of the collision, investigators were able to piece together the boxer’s actions that morning.
Before police could intervene, all three of them fled the scene.
The fighter made a guilty plea and was given a 60-day sentence of house detention without supervision.
