In their previous meeting in the 2023 IPL, Lucknow Super Giants had chased down a massive total against Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. After that win on April 10, Gautam Gambhir had put a finger to his lips while looking at the crowd during an emotional celebration.
