Teams will face an additional obstacle. The Miami Grand Prix will be held the following weekend. This will force them to complete three street races in nine days. They will have little time to ship any necessary replacement parts to Florida.

The Aston Martin team principal opens up about his nervousness regarding the sprint that will take place in Baku. If there is significant damage, Mike Krack claims there won’t be enough time for repairs. “Minor damages won’t be a big problem to fix but heavy damages will be an issue”, said Krack.

Right after the sprint in Baku, the covers will be on the cars and there will only be 3 to 4 hours of time in the morning before the main event.

Krack claims that Baku isn’t really difficult to overtake. However, the risk still remains there. In spite of the high risk that are involved, Mike thinks it will be a good show. All the F1 teams are definitely nervous about this But they are being supportive towards it at the same time.
