Dolph Ziggler challenges Conor McGregor for WrestleMania 40
WWE and UFC’s parent company Endeavour are now merging, and Endeavour intends to separate the two combat sports businesses into their own publicly traded brand. As McGregor recently suggested on social media, the merger might result in infrequent crosses between the two groups.

Over the years, McGregor has engaged in numerous back-and-forths with WWE wrestlers, but none of them have resulted in him entering the squared circle. Ziggler, meanwhile, stated to TMZ Sports that he would like to compete against McGregor at WrestleMania 40 after facing him in all three forms of combat sports.
“Why not make it a best of three?” the WWE superstar said. “Octagon. Boxing match. Wrestling. Fighting. WWE. And then set it all up for the best out of seven at WrestleMania. That’s where the money is, but not everybody can go and back it up. But some of us can.”

WrestleMania 40: WWE Superstar Challenges UFC fighter Conor McGregor to Compete at the WWE’s Biggest Event; Dolph Ziggler Has an Idea for His WWE ReturnIn his most recent contest, Dolph Ziggler defeated former NXT UK champion Tyler Bate by pinfall in 9:30. They participated in the April 13 broadcast of the most recent WWE Main Event episode. Despite his attempts to heel it up, Ziggler had the audience’s support. With a nearly nine-minute duration, this match was far longer than most Main Event events because Bate did not hold back from using his distinctive offense.
McGregor UFC
After losing to Dustin Poirier in July 2021, Conor McGregor broke his leg and is on the verge of a UFC comeback. Once among the most feared fighters, McGregor has dropped three of his last four UFC contests. He will lead a team in the latest season of TUF 31 against Michael Chandler.
Conor McGregor vs Dolph Ziggler
It’s also important to remember that a transition to WWE would be complex. McGregor would be one of the shortest opponents on the WWE roster with his 5-foot-9 height and 155-pound weight. Ziggler, in comparison, is rated as being on the lighter side in the WWE at 6’0″ and 218 pounds.
Nevertheless, anything is possible, considering that WWE is the same organization that once let Floyd Mayweather knock out The Big Show. What do you think of this UFC-WWE crossover? Please let us know in the comments.
