The UP Warriorz take on Mumbai Indians in the WPL Eliminator on Friday, 24th March. Healy who has been instrumental in leading her team from the front is expected to play a big part in the team. It can be expected the skipper will once again lead the team from the front in the crucial knockout game against Harmanpreet Kaur and Co.
Alyssa Healy is currently the 5th highest run-getter of the inaugural WPL season. The Aussie power hitter has managed to register 242 runs in just 8 games with a good average of 34.57.

On the other hand, Healy’s husband is a part of the successful Australian squad that defeated India on their home soil. After losing the Border Gavaskar trophy, the mighty Aussies fought back hard to win the 3-match ODI series. The Aussie pacer had a good outing against India in the 50-over format, where he managed to scalp 8 wickets in 3 games. His biggest highlight came in the 2nd match where he claimed a fifer to win the game for his side.
As for Healy, she will look to rejuvenate her team and fight for the finals spot where they will be hoping to meet the table toppers, Delhi Capitals. However, the Warriorz will not have it easy as they take on Mumbai Indians in the WPL Eliminators.
