Kohli will be eager to keep up his strong form after snapping a Test century drought and making it a big score (186). To tie Sachin Tendulkar’s record for the most hundreds in India vs. Australia ODIs, both batters need one more century against Australia. Each has eight hundreds. Due to personal obligations, Rohit Sharma, who scored the game-winning century in the Nagpur Test, won’t be available for the opening ODI in Mumbai. Hardik Pandya will captain the team in place of him in the first game of the series.
