IND vs AUS ODI: The 1st practice session ahead of the series will be heald today. Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Rohit Sharma, and other Test stars from Team India reached Mumbai on March 14. After the enthralling Test series, India and Australia will clash in the ODIs starting from March 17 in Mumbai. The optional practice session ahead of the 1st ODI was held on March 15. Notably, captain Rohit Sharma will miss the opening game owing to family obligations. Hardik Pandya will captain the Men in Blue in his absence at Wankhede Stadium. Shardul Thakur and Jaydev Unadkat turned up for an optional training session on Wednesday.

The three ODIs will be held in Mumbai, Vizag, and Chennai.

The star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja will make his ODI comeback in the three-match series against Australia after an absence of seven months. After almost ten years, fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat will also be part of the ODI team.

Many of India’s all-format talents are available to participate in the squad that they have named, which is at almost full strength. Two of Australia’s top players, Josh Hazlewood and Jhye Richardson, are out due to injuries, leaving the team shorthanded.

Virat Kohli will be the main attraction from Team India in ODIs.

David Warner, who suffered a hairline fracture to his elbow during the Test series, is also expected to be ready for the series. Ashton Agar, who left for home without taking part in a single match of the Test series, is also scheduled to fly back to India.
