Recently, CNBC reported WWE’s big step towards legalizing betting for big matches that will be kept secret for fair and square betting. The report stated the company is in discussions with state gambling regulators in Colorado and Michigan.
WWE is in talks with state gambling regulators in Colorado & Michigan to legalize betting on high-profile matches.
They’re working with Ernst & Young to secure scripted match results in hopes it’ll convince regulators there's no chance of results leaking to the public.

It is also noted that WWE has partnered with Ernst & Young (EY) to protect scripted match results. The EY agency already aided Emmy and Academy Awards to keep the results confidential. Earlier, betting firms like Draft Kings and Fan Deul partnered with WWE. With the legalization, WWE could bring more confidentiality for the result as well as generate good revenue with the bettings.
In recent years, WWE has brought some of the biggest storylines and matches for the audience. WWE Universe has actively supported such storylines which developed great hype for the matches. Currently, WWE is in the best spot with their storyline between Sami Zayn and The Bloodline.
