IND vs AUS: ‘Slow motion Car Crash’ Steve Smith BLOWS up ahead of Indore Test with HALF of Australia Team back home after losing BGT
After Australia’s collapse from 1-61 to 113 all out in just 90 minutes, India defeated Australia by six wickets in the second Test on Sunday in Delhi.
The tourists lost nine wickets before lunch at the Arun Jaitley Stadium after losing 10 in a single session in the first Test in Nagpur, where they were routed by an innings and 132 runs.
Eight wickets fell for the loss of eight runs after Smith’s dismissal, and the star batsman was upset when he returned to the pavilion.
“I think most people would have heard that, they should have had a fair idea of what not to do. It was just one of those moments in the game when you’re under pressure from world class bowlers, things happen sometimes, it’s unusual for him,” Michael Di Venuto said.
In reference to the collapse, he commented, “That was like a car crash in slow motion, isn’t it?”
