Canelo Alvarez was absent on CREED 3 FINAL TRAILER

The much-anticipated Creed III final trailer starring Michael B. Jordan has been released. Canelo Alvarez, though, wasn’t present in the last trailer. He had previously noted that he appears for two to three seconds in the film.

Jordan plays Adonis “Donnie” Creed in the third installment of the Rocky spin-off series, which pits him against Damian, a former childhood friend (Jonathan Majors). Damian is eager to cause chaos in Donnie’s life now that he has been released from prison.

The story of the film centers on the conflict between the two protagonists, who were formerly as close as brothers. Michael Jordan’s admirers eagerly anticipated how the Black Panther actor would resurrect Donnie Creed. In the film, Creed will confront his history and attempt to triumph over it.

Canelo Alvarez reveals Creed 3 role

“Michael B. Jordan spoke to me, and I was thrilled to be there,” Canelo stated in an exclusive interview with GQ. “It’s not a role, despite what you might think; I only leave for about two or three seconds. Nonetheless, it’s a privilege to have been a part of one of the stories that inspired me the most when I was younger. I watched Rocky movies to keep myself motivated when I first started boxing, so it’s an honor to be a part of such a significant movie now.”

Sylvester Stallone, the enduring Rocky star, will appear in Creed 3 as Michael B. Jordan makes his directorial debut. It’s still being determined whether the series will remain well-liked without Stallone. But Sylvester Stallone has already made clear his departure in the past.

“It was handled very differently from how I would have handled it,” Canelo remarked. “Irwin Winkler’s and Michael B. Jordan’s ideologies are different. I wish them well, but I’m a sentimentalist much more than anything. Although I enjoy watching my heroes suffer, I don’t want them to enter that grey area. People already have enough gloom.”
