IND vs AUS LIVE: India defeated Australia with ease in the opening Test at Nagpur, winning by an innings and 132 runs. Ravindra Jadeja picked up a fifer and produced a crucial 70 on his comeback, while captain Sharma took the initiative with an outstanding century.
While Todd Murphy stunned everyone on his debut by taking seven wickets in an innings, Ashwin was also among the wickets. While Pat Cummins stated that Australia would not make significant changes, India will likely field a largely unchanged lineup.
Australia’s wickets fell like nine pins in the second innings of the first Test, losing 10 wickets in just one session. Australia chose to bat first, however they were only able to score 177 runs because to Jadeja’s five wickets, who was returning. Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith were the only standout players for the visiting team.
