IND vs SL 1st T20: Hardik Pandya ready for Sri Lanka challenge
India will not take Sri Lanka lightly, especially with the way they played against them last time around. The Lankan’s beat India by 6 wickets blowing their chances of defending the Asia Cup crown. Ahead of the IND vs SL 1st T20I, Hardik Pandya said that the team is not looking to settle the scores for the Asia Cup defeat. However he promised to intimidate the opponents with body language.
Speaking to reporters he said, “We’re not looking to ‘settle’ anything. We want to play good cricket. Yes, we will make them feel like we’re in India, don’t worry about that. I assure and promise you they will feel that they’re playing an international team, that too India in India. We’re going to be clear”.

He added, “We don’t need to go and sledge them. Our body language is enough for them to feel a little intimidated. All the players who took the game away in Asia Cup are the ones I’m looking forward to stop.”

As the men in blue began the transition phase, Hardik Pandya will be without the service of big three. Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli are not part of the T20I series.
