Rishabh Pant health: Team India players Hardik Pandya, SuryaKumar Yadav (SKY), Ishan Kishan, Shubman Gill, Yuzvendra Chahal, and coach Rahul Dravid sent heartwarming messages to Rishabh Pant after his fatal car crash. Pant had suffered a car accident on the morning of December 30. The wicketkeeper-batter was returning home from Delhi when his car crashed near Mohammadpur Jhal on the Narsan border of Roorkee. Team India wish Rishabh Pant a speedy recovery

The BCCI posted a video on its social media handle in which Dravid said: “Hey Rishabh, hope you are doing well. Hope you get well soon. Over the last one year, I have had the privilege of seeing you play some of the greatest innings played in Indian Test cricket history. Whenever he have been in diificult situation, so I knew that you have got the character and the ability to get yourself out of very difficult situations. This is one such challenge and I know you will bounce back like you have done so many times last year. Look forward to having you back soon buddy.”

Hardik Pandya in his wish said, “Just wanted to wish you a speedy recovery. I know you are a fighter. Things are not what you would have liked but life is like that. I know the kind of person you are. You will break the door and make a comeback as what you have always done. My love and wishes are with you and the whole team and nation are right behind you.”

On the eve of India vs Sri Lanka 1st T20I, Hardik Pandya said, “What happened is very unfortunate. No one had any control about it and as a team, we wish him (Pant) all the best. Our love and prayers are always with him and we wish he has a speedy recovery.”

Ishan Kishan who was shocked to hear about Rishabh Pant’s accident during a domestic match said, “We all miss you in the Indian cricket team and all we wish you here is a speedy recovery. I know you are a fighter and you will be back soon much stronger.”

Leg Spinner Yuzvendra Chahal in his message asked Pant to comeback stronger. Suryakumar Yadav and Shubman Gill were the other players to send out get well soon messages.

Rishabh Pant suffered horrifying accident after lost control of his car while driving on NH-58. He suffered injuries on head, back, knee and ankle and is currently being admitted in Max Dehradun. He was on Monday shifted from ICU to a private ward.

According to ANI report BCCI’s panel of doctors are constantly in touch with hospital authorities and will take call on surgeries for knee and ankle in next few days. Earlier the BCCI had issues a statement about the injuries suffered by Rishabh Pant. The board had said that the cricketer has suffered two cuts on his forehead, a ligament tear in his right knee along with injuries on his right wrist, ankle, toe and back. Pant is currently shifted to private suit due to fear of infection
