Yash Dhull took the limelight earlier this when he led India to win the ICC U19 World Cup. Since then he was picked by Delhi Capitals in IPL 2022 Mega Auction. However, the young all-rounder has been performing well in the domestic circuit. Be it Ranji Trophy or the Vijay Hazare Trophy, Dhull has showcased his high potential.
Dull became the highest run-getter in the domestic T20 competition, i.e Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He went on to score 363 runs from 8 innings with an average of 72.60.

Dhull’s break to the India squad is not surprising after the youngster traveled to Bangladesh with India A tour of Bangladesh. Though he didn’t manage to score big but piled up some decent scores like 20 runs in the first game and 17 in the next game. It is highly likely that Yash Dhull will get a debut against the recent Asia Cup champions.
However, the inclusion of Dhull in the India team will be a major boost for the player. He will get some much-needed experience from the senior players and improve his gameplay to push for a spot in the men’s squad.
