During a recent appearance on Twin Talk with Haley & Hanna Cavinder, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion revealed how she got her first WWE tryout due to her wrestling coach and her journey kicked off to become a WWE superstar. She mentioned that her training coach played a key role to bring the WWE tryout to her.
Morgan said, “I was fortunate enough to meet this world renowned strength and conditioning coach named Joe DeFranco. He trains professional athletes. So, he trains Triple H, and after training with him for a week or two, he pretty much told WWE like, ‘Hey, I have this girl here. She loves WWE, she’s athletic, she’s been training with me. I think she may be worth a look for a tryout.’ So, they gave my information, and then six months later I flew for my tryout, and then I got signed, and like the rest is history. Since her main roster debut, she has lived up to everyone’s expectations and gone a long way up in the wrestling industry. Earlier this year, she won the Money in the Bank ladder match and cashed in on the same night on Ronda Rousey to become the new champion. However, she lost the title a few months later to Rousey but she acquired a new persona with a more confident character.

Currently, she has teamed up with the returning star Tegan Noxx. Last week, both women tried to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles from Damage CTRL but unfortunately, they failed to win the match after Xia Li cost them the match.
