Some moments are  priceless, just like this one. The fact that everyone is talking about the tied game, be it fans, media, or even the players, shows how good the game was in the end. Both India and Australia produced an encounter to remember for the fans for a very long time. a Super Over Eliminator to decide the outcome of the game after both teams scored 187 runs in their respective innings.

The crowd was amazing, but so was cricket in the end, and that’s why the game is talked about in such high spirits. India won but Australia made the hosts earn this victory.

The Aussies don’t give anything on a platter. They hate losing, and winning is a habit for them. The Women in Blue not only stood up to the occasion but also looked fearlessly into the eyes of their opponents delivering a clear message: #HalkeMeinMattLo.

It was Smriti Mandhana’s artistry, coupled with Richa Ghosh’s antics, that got India close to Australia’s total.

The Super Over brought the best out of Superwoman Mandhana. Her focus was more on connecting the ball well, rather than overhitting it, to achieve the desired outcome.

Mandhana, used all her experience to power India to 20 runs under pressure cooker situation and was later backed by pacer Renuka Singh who did just enough to help India cross the winning line.

BCCI and Mastercard have joined forces to bring alive stories of some of the women cricketers through the #HalkeMeinMattLo campaign, in an attempt to get Women’s cricket its due.

The second  Twenty20 game  was a great advertisement for women’s cricket and has certainly helped their cause.
