AUS vs WI Highlights – Australia vs WestIndies 2nd Test: Aus beat WI by 419 runs, take series 2-0: Australia has beaten West Indies by 419 runs and with it registered a 2-0 clean sweep over the WestIndies in 2 TEST Series. The visiting team were bundled out for 77 runs in their 4th innings. Pacer Mitchell Starc and Michael Neser took two wickets apiece. WestIndies was chasing an impossible target of 497 Runs, but gave up without a fight. Earlier, Australia declared their second innings on 199/6 with Usman Khawaja top scoring for the host with 45. Earlier in the day, Mitchell Starc and Michael Neser bagged two wickets apiece while Nathan Lyon scalped 3 to bundle out WI for just 214 runs.

However, Australia haven’t enforced the follow-on. Australia declared their first innings at 511/7.

Australia decided to bat 1st vs WestIndies in 2nd TEST in Adelaide. Josh Hazlewood was ruled out of 2nd test with injury and is replaced by Michael Neser in the Australian XI. Earlier Australia had lost captain Pat Cummins as Steve Smith is leading the team in PINK-BALL test. Australia hold a 10-0 record in Day-Night Test. Despite of losing key players, Australia will start as favorite against Kraigg Brathwaite’s side. WestIndies have lost all of their four Pink-Ball Tests.

After the massive win over West Indies in Adelaide, Australia has now strengthened its position in the WTC points table. The Baggy Greens sit pretty at the top with 8 wins and one loss. They have 108 points and 75 PCT. They are followed by South Africa, Sri Lanka and India. Australia host South Africa next for the 2-Test-series at home.
