WWE News: WWE has a backup plan if Roman Reigns doesn’t compete on both nights of WrestleMania 39: Check Out: WrestleMania 39 is a few months away and WWE will kick off its Road to WrestleMania with the 2023 Royal Rumble. The Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns is expected to feature in a big match at the Showcase of Immortals next year. WWE News: WWE has a backup plan if Roman Reigns doesn’t compete on both nights of WrestleMania 39: Check Out 

As per Xero News, WWE is expecting Roman Reigns to compete on both nights. If Reigns doesn’t compete on both nights of WrestleMania 39, the company might opt for a backup plan featuring a Women’s Championship match to be headlined on Night 1.

“Just been updated. IF Roman doesn’t pull double at Mania then a womens title match will main event Night 1 is the current plan. (Hearing Becky vs Ronda). How ever WWE are still working on plans for Roman to do both nights if can make it work logically.”

Roman Reigns has surpassed 800+ days as the Universal Champion and continues to dominate the main roster. Meanwhile, fans are expecting a big match at WrestleMania 39 between Roman Reigns and The Rock. However, there are still doubts about The Brahma Bull’s return. There are also talks regarding Reigns walking into WrestleMania 39 Night 2 without being the Undisputed Champion against The Rock.

WWE has already made huge plans for next year’s WrestleMania in SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles on April 1 and 2nd. As per recent reports, Becky Lynch vs Ronda Rousey is the main event of WrestleMania Night 1. However, things may change as WWE has another option for headlining a women’s championship match at the Showcase of Immortals.

Bianca Belair vs Charlotte Flair is another rumored match for the biggest PLE of the year. Belair has already hinted to defeat the final woman of the four-horse women of WWE. On the other hand, fans are not much excited about Rousey vs Lynch. After a recent heel turn, the SmackDown Women’s Champion faced backlash from the fans with her in-ring work.
