Rishabh Pant had a horrible time during the NewZealand tour
The selectors have restored their faith in Pant, but the left-handed batter has been struggling to score runs lately. During the NewZealand tour, Pant had scores of 6, 11, 15 and 10 which also revived the debate about his place in the white-ball team. Several cricket experts and pundits want Sanju Samson to replace Pant in India’s limited-over squad.

Do or die situation for Shardul Thakur?
IND BAN 1st ODI- Thakur has failed to find the right template in the ODI format. He has played 28 ODIs and has picked up 40 wickets with a high average of 34.1.
- The Mumbai pacer has the worst economy rate among Indian bowlers to have played a minimum of 10 ODIs. Thakur concedes 6.45 runs per over.
- With the bat in hand also the pacer has failed to justify his hitting prowess,
- With Hardik Pandya the number one choice to fill the all-rounder’s role, Thakur needs to come up with some extraordinary performances to secure his place in the Indian squad.
