Khabib Nurmagomedov then submitted McGregor in the fourth record at UFC 229, submitted Poirier in round three at UFC 242, and Justin Gaethje in round two at UFC 254.

Per records, Conor McGregor has 5 first round KOs in the UFC which came against Jose Aldo (145 lbs), Donald Cerrone (170 lbs), Marcus Brimage (145 lbs), Dustin Poirier (145 lbs), and Diego Brandao (145 lbs). Khabib, however, could only stop Thiago Tavares (155 lbs) via TKO in the first round.
