WWE RAW: Dexter Lumis WWE: The epic saga between the Miz and Dexter Lumis has been going on for weeks but it seems that the storyline finally came to an end on today’s episode of WWE RAW. A match between the two superstars was announced a few weeks back by the Stamford-based promotion with the stakes much higher for Lumis. The two clashed this week after weeks of drama, and Lumis had the last laugh. The 38-year-old successfully defeated his opponent in an anything-goes match as he made the Miz submit with his signature sleeper hold. After the match, he was handed a WWE contract and he celebrated it by handing over Miz’s money to random children at ringside. As a result, Lumis, who joined the global juggernaut back in 2019, is now an official member of the WWE roster.

Lumis is no stranger to Gargano as the two worked together during their time in WWE’s developmental brand NXT. The two superstars were part of the stable The Way Candice LeRae, and Indi Hartwell.

It was not a surprise that Johnny Gargano exposed the Miz on an episode of WWE RAW by revealing the truth behind why Lumis kept attacking the A-Lister on the red brand. This week, after getting the better of The Miz, Lumis was seen in a backstage interview where he reflected on the time spent alongside his good friend, Gargano.

Gargano made his return to WWE on the August 22, 2022 episode of WWE RAW. His first spell with the company was successful, which saw him hold the NXT Championship on one occasion. It remains to be seen how Lumis and Gargano are booked moving forward
