How has Kohli fared in the T20 World Cup 2022?
As for Virat Kohli, the chase master continued his love affair with Adelaide, smashing 64 off 44 balls. But this time, instead of chasing, he took India to a big 184-run total after sent to bat.
Kohli is back in form with a scintillating 82-run knock against Pakistan in the first Super 12 Group match. The former India captain looked composed even under pressure and took India through a rocky start against Bangladesh.
After hitting form, he carried on the momentum in India’s second Super 12 match against the Netherlands. He registered an unbeaten 62 runs in a winning cause. His three half-centuries has made him the top-scorer in T20 World Cup 2022.
His unbeaten knock of 64 runs against Bangladesh also helped him become the most runs scorer in the T20 World Cup history and in the ongoing edition.
