Puneri Paltan will clash with Bengaluru Bulls in the last match on Sunday. This clash will be the second for Puneri in PKL 2022. Eyes will be again on Aslam Inamdar, who enjoyed a fine Pro Kabaddi debut campaign with Puneri Paltan last season, will be their go-to raider. He scored 169 raid points to become the top raider for Puneri Paltan in Season 8 and demonstrated that he can also contribute defensively with 20 tackle points.
Inamdar will have the likes of Mohit Goyat and Pankaj Mohite to support him in attack. Mohit Goyat, in particular, could have a big role to play if his 159 raid points and 28 tackle points in Season 8 are anything to go by. Defensively, Puneri Paltan have the likes of Sombir, Abinesh Nadarajan and Sanket Sawant within their ranks. While Sombir scored 60 tackle points in Season 8, Abinesh Nadarajan and Sanket Sawant notched up 44 and 26 tackle points respectively.

They swatted away the challenge from Telugu Titans by beating them 34-29 at the Shree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium. For the Bulls, Neeraj Narwal finished with seven points, while the duo of Vikash Kandola and Bharat chipped in with five points each to help begin their campaign with a win.
Vikash KandolaThe Season 6 champions will be hoping that Vikash Kandola – their big money buy at the Pro Kabaddi player auction – can come good again after they bought him for Rs 1.70 crores. A massive attacking threat when on song, Kandola is capable of singlehandedly changing the course of a match with his clinical raids. Kandola will have support from the likes of More G B and Neeraj Narwal in attack, while their defence boasts Saurabh Nandal, Mahender Singh and Aman, all of whom have previously been a part of the Bengaluru Bulls setup and know what is expected of them.
