IND vs AUS LIVE: Hyderabad T20: Team India have reached Hyderabad for the 3rd T20. However, due to the short turnout time, there will not be any practice on Saturday. Instead, there will be an optional practice session on Sunday morning. Even for Nagpur T20, the teams had to cancel the outdoor practice due to rain and instead hit the nets on matchday morning. The same can be expected for the Hyderabad T20. Follow India vs Australia 3rd T20 LIVE Updates on InsideSport.IN.

In the rain-truncated 2nd T20, Rohit Sharma hammered 20-ball 46 to chase down 91 runs in 8 overs to draw the series level. It should be noted that India haven’t won a T20 series against Australia at home since 2013. Australia drew the 2-match series in 2017 and won it in 2019. It will be India’s opportunity to win 7th bilateral T20 series out of eight.

India record in Hyderabad Stadium – India have played only one T20I in Hyderabad against West Indies in 2019. The Men in Blue chased a 208-run target by six wickets. Virat Kohli and KL Rahul scored 94 and 62 runs respectively. 27 sixes were hit during the game, which was a record in a T20I match in India.

After COVID-19, Hyderabad will finally host a T20I against Australia and it will be the series decider. The tickets for IND vs AUS 3rd T20I have been sold out in Hyderabad.

Pitch Report: The pitch in Hyderabad is pretty flat and aids batters. It is historically a high-scoring ground with over 400 already scored in the first T20I played here.

Hyderabad Police makes special preparation:

After the chaos that erupted for the ticket sales, Hyderabad Police is taking no chance. Over 2,500 police personnel will be deployed. Hyderabad Police will also deploy a cybercrime unit, SHE team, Octopus, TSSP, drones besides force in full riot gear.

Rachakonda Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat said there will be heavy surveillance inside and outside the stadium. A team of officers will also be monitoring the crowd to prevent any ruckus. Furthermore, the police have also deployed snake catchers due to the large bushes around the stadium.

“We have also engaged snake catchers as bushes have grown bigger around the stadium due to lack of matches in the last three years,” Bhagwat was quoted by New Indian Express.

India Squad for Australia T20Is: Rohit Sharma (Captain), KL Rahul (vice-captain), Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Hooda, Rishabh Pant (WK), Dinesh Karthik (WK), Hardik Pandya, R.
